Great location - close to public transportation, attractions, and conference center. Convenient amenities including shower gel, towels, teapot, and coffee machine. The staff was helpful and responsive, even during a late check-in.

Some rooms face a busy road and may be noisy. Window blinds were broken in some rooms, but could be easily fixed upon request.

we had a perfectly pleasant stay in krakow really close to the city centre, where stops the 252 bus going to airport and the river side. everything was simply perfect. staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and provided lots of recommendations. it was magnificent and incredible in the prefect area.

We had an excellant stay in Krakow really close to the city centre and Kazimierz, and the main square. It was marvellous and super in the prefect area.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We especially enjoyed being able to easily access a nearby grocery store for all our needs.

One major drawback was the uncomfortable bed. the mattress was too soft, leaving us with a restless night's sleep and a sore back in the morning.

I recently stayed at Zamkowa15 Apartments for a solo trip, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, with a short 15-minute walk to the Old Town Square. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also loved the game room in the basement and the convenience of having a supermarket and restaurants nearby. it felt like a cozy home away from home.
